Owner and Host Alfonso Vizcaíno
Taqueria owner and your host, Dr. Alfonso Vizcaíno grew up in Jalisco, Mexico surrounded by the love and guidance of his grandfather, Trinidad Vizcaíno on his farm.
Although well-versed in the field of veterinary medicine, Alfonso has always had a passion for cooking and preparing delicious tasting, high quality food that is all made from the healthiest of ingredients.
Visit his taqueria located on Springbank Drive in London, Ontario for some of the best authentic, home-cooked Mexican cuisine that the city has to offer.

Our Process

Non-GMO Corn
Our local farmer’s corn crops, grown without the use of insecticides and pesticides, offering you the best of their harvest.

Stone-Ground Corn
The corn is ground into a fine powder which is then used to make the corn tortillas and taco shells. Made fresh in-house everyday.

Milling the corn
Here, our press machine is milling the corn. Our current equipment allows us to make 250 tortillas a minute. Call us to cater your special events.

Baking the Tortilla
All of our tortillas are roasted until golden and served hot with salsa. It is a client favorite to pair our tortillas with our fresh guacamole.
